Shahadah form - Volunteer access

Welcome a new brother or sister.

Use this form to record a Shahadah and activate iERA Australia's New Muslim Support workflow. Within minutes of submission, your revert will receive a warm welcome from our team - by SMS and email - and the first step of their journey begins, insha'Allah.

Before you submit - three quick things

  1. Use the revert's own phone and email. Not your own. Each Shahadah needs to be on the revert's contact details so our team can reach them directly. (Logging multiple Shahadahs under your own number causes contacts to merge and welcomes to go astray.)
  2. Confirm they want us to reach out. The first SMS and email will go out within minutes - make sure they are happy to be contacted, especially if their family does not yet know.
  3. Double-check the spelling. The name you enter is the name they will see in the welcome message - get it right and you make their first day as a Muslim feel personal.

JazakAllahu Khayran for your service in the dawah. Please fill in the form below.

What happens next

From submission to first call - within hours.

Once you hit submit, this is what happens for the brother or sister you have just welcomed.

01
Within minutes

Warm welcome lands

Adam (for brothers) or Maryam (for sisters) sends a warm SMS and email greeting them by name and offering a brief, friendly call.

02
Same day

They pick a time

The revert replies with a time that suits them. Or, if they would rather just chat now, the team rings within 30 minutes.

03
First week

Welcome pack & class

A free prayer mat, beads and guide ship to their suburb. They are invited to the free weekly NMS101 class.

04
Ongoing

A mentor and check-ins

When they are ready, we match them with a local 1-on-1 mentor and our team continues weekly check-ins for as long as they need.

"May Allah accept their Shahadah, keep them firm on the straight path, and reward you abundantly for the role you played in this moment."
