The terms that apply to donations and to using this website.

In short: your donation is a voluntary gift, monthly gifts carry on until you ask us to stop, and you can cancel, change or ask about a refund any time by emailing [email protected].

Who we are

iERA Australia is the operating name of United Dawah QLD Inc. (ABN 50 474 039 055), a charity registered with the ACNC. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean iERA Australia.

Donations are gifts

Every donation is a voluntary gift to support our work. You do not receive goods or services in return.

Sadaqah and Zakat

Sadaqah funds our dawah work across Australia: dawah stalls, free Qurans, training, events and the running costs that make them possible. Zakat is kept separate and is used only for Zakat-eligible purposes, as described on the Zakat page you gave through. We use every gift the way the page you gave through describes.

Monthly gifts

A monthly gift is taken on the same date each month, starting on the day you sign up, and continues until you cancel it.

Cancelling or changing a gift

To cancel a monthly gift, change the amount or update your details, email [email protected]. We will action your request within 2 business days. If a payment is due within that time, it may still go through; if it does, we will refund it on request.

Refunds

If you made a mistake, for example the wrong amount or a gift made twice, email [email protected] within 30 days of the payment and we will refund it to the original payment method.

Failed payments

If a monthly payment fails, our payment provider may try again over the following days. We may contact you to update your payment details. If payments keep failing, the monthly gift may stop.

Payments and receipts

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. A receipt is sent to the email address you give us.

Tax

iERA Australia is ACNC-registered but is not a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR), so donations are not tax-deductible.

Using our website content

You are welcome to share our pages, videos and resources for personal and non-commercial dawah use, as long as you credit iERA Australia and do not change or sell them. Please ask us first for any other use. We work hard to keep this website accurate, but things can change, so please contact us if something looks wrong.
